Paul Torrance, Future Problem Solving (FPS) provides competitive and non-competitive components for today’s curriculum via a six-step model which teaches critical and creative thinking, problem solving, and decision making. To develop the ability of young people globally to design and achieve positive futures through problem solving using critical and creative thinking.   All participants are welcome to participate in Future Problem Solving Program International. Earthwatch expeditions pair researchers with volunteers to address some of the world’s most pressing environmental challenges. Explore our current expeditions to discover how you can make a difference. Anyone can join an expedition—no experience necessary!  All training will be provided upon your arrival.  We offer both adult expeditions and teen expeditions for 15- to 17-year-olds. Teens are also welcome on most of our adult expeditions if they are accompanied by a parent or guardian.  Volunteers join us from all over the world.
