The Summer School offers students the unique opportunity to deepen their knowledge in the subjects of Law, Business and Economic Policy taking an interdisciplinary and intercultural perspective. The aim of the summer school is to facilitate deepening of the Swiss-American relationship and to understand how US and Europe take different approaches towards tackling societal and business-related problems, and as a consequence, how legal frameworks, policies and regulation differ to address them.
Thanks to the generosity of private sponsorship, students do not have to pay any fee for participating in the summer school program. All it requires is the commitment, engagement and active participation in lectures to benefit most from it. Renowned professors from Georgetown University, New York University and Yale University lead the interactive courses. They cover subjects that include Fundamentals of Law and Economics; Venture Capital; Competition Policy; and Negotiation techniques.
