China Adolescent Robotics Competition was founded in 2001. It is a popular science and technology education activity carried out by China Association for Science and Technology for primary and middle school students, integrating knowledge accumulation, skill training and inquiry learning.
Every year, more than 9,000 teams and 25,000 primary and middle school students take part in the selection of provincial youth robot competitions, and more than 3,700 schools participate in the competitions. After provincial competition selection, a total of 500 teams, more than 1,400 players shortlisted in the national competition.
It includes five competition items: Robotics Comprehensive Skills Competition, Robotics Innovation Competition, FLL Robotics Challenge, VEX Robotics Challenge, and Educational Robotics Challenge.
