General Advice from Admissions Experts Volunteering/Community Service/Social Entreprenuership Skill Building Summer Program

Description

AIPC Pandora is an organisation seeking to foster a sense of global citizenship among youths in Spain.

As part of its work, AIPC Pandora's Solidary Summer offers Spain residents the opportunity of participating in an international development project in several international locations.

These development projects are within the themes of Education, Community Inclusion, Children and Women's Rights or Environment and Sustainability.

Volunteering experiences, particularly of the international sort, can sometimes read as shrewdly calculated and somewhat exploitative on a college application.

However, early-age participation in one of these programmes can significantly boost a student's emotional intelligence and critical thinking, besides bolstering in communication skills.
