SEKMUN is Spain's largest high-school-specific MUN conference, organised by international school group San Estanislao de Koska.
Organised in both English and Spanish for students in their penultimate and antepenultimate year of school, it includes a fair amount of the typical MUN committees, including Security Council, ECOSOC, UNESCO, WHO and WTO, and some less typical ones, such as the UN Office on Drugs and Crime and the World Tourism Organisation.
Students may also participate in the capacity of session ushers and within session-specific journalism and PR teams, as well as, obviously, chairs and other authorities.
Candidates to these latter will have to compete in an examination with a small dissertation on a given topic.
