Description

The Takahē Monica Taylor Poetry Prize is awarded by the Takahē magazine annually to a poet who has produced original, captivating work.

The judge for the 2018 Prize, James Norcliffe, remarked on the quality of submissions that surprised, delighted, and moved him, and entrants can enjoy being a part of a competition involving nearly 300 entries of quality work. The winning poet will also be rewarded with publication in the takahē magazine.
