Workshop Camp Skill Building Summer Program Other

The Leadership Experience and Development (LEAD) Conferences provides students and advisers with an engaging programme to sharpen their leadership skills. Conference attendees ultimately leave to improve their school culture and community, and continue to nurture their relationships with other like-minded peers from all around the country.

The Conferences for 2019 will take place in Washington, DC (February 1-3) and Chicago, IL (March 22-24), where students meet and learn together in a stimulating environment.

LEAD Conference Orlando in 2018 featured outstanding keynote speakers who each provided different perspectives on leadership. Speakers included Shaun Derik, who has dedicated his life to help people reconnect with their passion and pursue their dreams through his blend of music and comedy; Kate Garnes who works with all ages and demographics from elementary ballerinas to corporate executives; and John Norlin who works with individuals and organisations on strengthening relationships and improving culture and character development.
