Graphic Designers NEEDED

Position Description:

Welcome to the Business Operations Team of Prisit! We are very excited to have you on our team and can’t wait for what you will bring to the community! This document will help you learn how to work at Prisit. As a graphic designer, you are expected to put in 1+ hours per week. You will also be given access to our Canva page on the Discord. You need to also send in a picture (if you are comfortable) and a description of yourself to Trinity (trinity#9538)! (The information is pinned in the channel named #information for new staff) Make sure to also check in on Discord daily since that is our communication platform!

• DISCLAIMER: We do not provide certifications or hours as we are not a registered non profit (Registering next year). However, we will be providing you as an official member on our team and including you on rosters. 

 However some of the rewards/why to join that we listed will definitely be beneficial. 

• Build a portfolio

• Gain experience working with different types of organizations

• You will be put on our Instagram

WHAT DO I DO?

• Attend meetings hosted by either the Business Manager or the Founders!

• Create designs if requested by clients. They may be logos, a flyer, and more!

(DESIGNS MUST INCLUDE A PRISIT WATERMARK BEFORE FINAL SUBMISSION TO CLIENT. THE LOGO FOR THE WATERMARK CAN BE FOUND ON OUR CANVA TEAM. IT SHOULD BE ON THE PINBOARD FOR DISCORD ON #information for new staff, BUT IF YOU CAN’T FIND IT MAKE SURE TO ASK THE FOUNDERS :)

Once the design is picked, notify the manager. The manager will wait for a review form the client, and when they tell you all is clear, you can send the final copy without the watermark!

Organization Description:
Hello! My name is Amber and I am a founder of Prisit. I am here to ask if any organizations/businesses are interested in our services! Prisit is a student-formed organization, founded by two teenage girls. We provide services relating to graphic design to the public, all for free. These services are to help organizations or businesses that may be new or low on money. Through our projects, we are able to connect through design, which is our mission statement. Although we are a fairly new organization, we already have had a handful of clients. We want to grow our organization farther and help many more initiatives that are in seek of design services.
