Scholares Astrorum is hosting its second year of our STEM program for elementary (3rd-5th) school students. Over 100 students were reached last year with multiple volunteers. Both volunteers and students learned more about STEM careers and participated in exciting STEM activities. Chapters will have access to fundraising resources and help from our team along with the option to work on a community project with students.

This is not a competitive activity, however, high school and college students are able to showcase important skills such as taking initiative, organizational skills, leadership qualities, and a passion for STEM.

Participation Cost

There is no cost! We believe STEM education should be free for all and are ready to work with you on fundraising for needed materials.

Minimum Technical Skill Needed

Students should have knowledge of STEM and understand how to work with children, collaborate with teachers, and keep parents regularly informed.

Time Commitment

The Scholares Astrorum STEM Club is hosted once weekly for an hour, however additional time is required to plan and organize activities. Students should expect to spend 1-3 hours on this activity.
