Samsung's IT School is an additional education program on the basics of IT and programming. It was created by Samsung and is being implemented with the support of the Ministry of Education and Science of the Russian Federation in order to train 5,000 schoolchildren in more than 20 cities of Russia for 5 years. The program is open to free training for high school students in more than 20 cities of Russia. Provides knowledge of IT basics and mobile application development skills. on the Android platform. The course was created by experienced Samsung Research Center specialists with the support of leading teachers of the Moscow Institute of Physics and Technology (MIPT). Training takes place in classrooms equipped with modern technology Samsung. Classes lead professional teachers who have undergone additional training. According to the results of the successful completion of the program and the protection of the project, students are awarded a certificate from Samsung training program.
The duration of training at IT SCHOOL SAMSUNG is 1 year. Classes are held 2 times a week for 2 ac. hours in full-time format. During the year, step by step, students are invited to go through 5 training modules, including: the basics of programming in the Java language, object-oriented programming, algorithms and data structures, the basics of programming Android applications, algorithms and data structures in the Java language, the basics of developing the server part mobile applications.
Technical equipment training takes place on modern equipment of Samsung in special classes on the basis of selected educational institutions. The educational process uses a comprehensive integrated solution of Samsung School (displays, tablets) and laptops for ease of programming.
