Unifesum is a youth-led non-profit organisation aiming to spread awareness about the reason for various crises happening around the world to people, so that such mistakes wont be repeated in the future. We do so Through social media contents, articles, graphic videos, and various other virtual events.

Available Positions :

Chief Operating Officer (2 Positions Available)

 

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will be a senior executive member who would look after the daily administrative and operations work in the Unifesum across all team members.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Work Closely with the CEO to develop the organisation's initiatives.
  • Organise the monthly executive team meeting.
  • Responsible for management of the Unifesum team.
  • Regularly meet with the CEO and COO to further discuss the new development strategies and initiatives.

 

Requirements : 

  • Willing to brainstorm new ideas for the organisation's growth.
  • Committed and self-motivated team player who consistently looks to improve his/her skills.
  • 8-10 hours/Week contribution to the position.
  • Strong communication,leadership, work-ethic and networking skills.
  • Respond actively on the team server.



Director of Marketing

 

The Director of Marketing will be in-charge of the marketing team with responsibility to develop marketing ideas, campaigns and initiatives to promote the organisation in various communities.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Hosting Mandatory bi-monthly meetings with the marketing team.
  • Overseeing all social media platform posts.
  • Managing a team of 3 interns to ensure that tasks and goals are met before the deadline.
  • Planning, developing and executing the proposed marketing plan.

 

Requirements : 

  • 6-8 hours/Week contribution to the position.
  • Experience in Canva.
  • Ability to produce creative marketing contents.
  • Strong communication,leadership, work-ethic and networking skills.
  • Respond actively on the team server.

 

Director of Human Resource

 

The Director of Human resource will be in-charge of the HR Department for planning, developing and initiating the overall hiring process of the organisation.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Monitor the recruitments, interviews and hiring processes.
  • Planning and developing various policies and processes for the organisation's hiring process.
  • Hosting mandatory bi-weekly meetings with the HR Team.
  • Managing a team of 3 interns to make sure that the hiring process is completed smoothly.

 

Requirements : 

  • Ability to identify individual capabilities for hiring the best team.
  • Strong communicational, interpersonal and verbal skills.
  • 6-8 hours/Week contribution to the position.
  • Experience with conducting interviews (not mandatory)
  • Respond actively on the team server.



Director of Social Media

 

The Director of Social Media is incharge for the overall functioning and maintenance of the organisation’s social media platforms.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • Plan, design and implement the social media campaigns.
  • Creating, curating and managaing the social media posts, stories, reels and video.
  • Work closely with the marketing department.
  • Manage a team of 3 interns to make sure that social media goals are met before the deadline.
  • Host mandatory bi-monthly meetings with the social media team.
  • Respond to questions,queries and messages across the organisation's social media platforms.

 

Requirements : 

  • 5-7 hours/Week contribution to the position.
  • Strong communicational, interpersonal and verbal skills.
  • Strong knowledge of content marketing in social media.
  • Respond actively on the team server.



Director of Graphic Design

 

The Director of Graphic Design is incharge for the designing graphics, posts, reels, videos and many more as per the organisations requirements.

 

Responsibilities : 

  • In-charge of designing the posts, stories etc for the organisation.
  • Managing a team of 3 interns.

 

Requirements : 

  • 5-7 hours/Week contribution to the position.
  • Previous experience with canva.
  • Good time-management skills.
  • Good taste in colour combination.
  • Strong communication and designing skills.
