This is how Amnesty works.
Amnesty International is the world’s largest and most-respected human rights organisation. Information obtained by our fearless researchers allows us to campaign against abuses of human rights around the world. In Australia and across the globe we bring torturers to justice, change oppressive laws and free people jailed for voicing their opinions.
Amnesty’s vital work is funded by people just like you. We’re independent of any political ideology, economic interest or religion. We are a diverse and democratic movement of people who demand dignity, freedom, justice and equality for all.
