The BHP Foundation Science and Engineering Awards are Australia's most prestigious school science and engineering awards. The Awards are a partnership between the BHP Foundation, CSIRO and the Australian Science Teachers Association (ASTA).
Entry to the BHP Foundation Science and Engineering Awards is via nomination only through a state or territory Science Teachers Association competition. There are three major awards - Investigations, Engineering and Innovator to Market. Check out our previous finalists and winners for ideas and inspiration for your next investigations or engineering entry. Student finalists also have the chance to represent the Awards at the Intel International Science and Engineering Fair in the United States of America.
Your journey with the Awards doesn't stop after the ceremony -- they also have an Alumni network that gives members the opportunity to connect with fellow finalists
