The iCARE Awards 2016: Change the world ideas for Well-Being Contest focuses on the goal of creating the best in life by solving social problems.
The awards invite new generations and those interested in solving social problems to come together to innovate and cope with social challenges.
Through the iCARE Awards 2016 contest, with support grants pushing the project to the actual work, the last two selected teams will join the Silicon Valley Study Trip in San Francisco, USA. This was 9 days full in July 2017.
During the trip, participants were able to see some of the best companies in Silicon Valley, such as Google, Facebook, SpaceX and IDEO. They were also given the chance to visit universities that support start-up and innovation businesses such as Stanford University and innovative social sector organizations like Khan Academy.
Therefore, this is a great opportunity for students to make changes through the implementation of projects or businesses for society. By supporting the new generation, it is unleashing opportunities to learn, study, access to resources, plan and push for projects or social enterprises.
