Light and Dark is New Zealand’s largest character design competition for Year 11, 12 and 13 students. For the last five years, Animation College has invited students from across New Zealand to create a character that displays two contrasting emotions (one ‘light’ and one ‘dark’) with the competition being judged by some of New Zealand’s top creative experts.
This year, Animation College is delighted to be joined by Yoobee School of Design in presenting Light and Dark. This exciting development means that there will be more amazing character design workshops hosted in more regions across the country, as well as some bigger prizes to be awarded.
