Empower Women Asia is a project of the non-profit organization KIBV(Keep It Beautiful Vietnam) aims to support ethnic minority women & girls in the weaving villages of Vietnam, so they could improve skills, knowledge, competencies and competitive advantages in producing high quality sustainable textile products, and have more chance to increase living standards as well as to secure a stable income.

By providing upgraded facilities and offering training classes with clear guidance about sustainable textile production process and standards to the women and girls, Empower Women Asia set our goal to enhance gender equality and reduce inequalities among the community, responding to the SDGs goals No 5 & 10.

Moreover, through a variety of public outreach activities from workshops, competitions to trade promotion events both domestic and internationally, to raise awareness of public and the consumers about sustainable textile products, Empower Women Asia also aims to join the SDGs Goals No 12 & 13.

Our Mission

Our mission is to support the minority women& girls in minority weaving villages in Vietnam so they could increase their skill and competitive advantage to be able to improve and secure a stable income. We also create a sustainable production line with eco-materials and products to provide to domestic and international market so the concept of slow fashion would be applied more widely and easier for the designers who source for credible and meaningful material suppliers.

Our Vision

Our vision is to empower the ethnic minority women & girls in the weaving villages of Vietnam by improving their skills, competencies and knowledge in sustainable production, for better competitive advantages and more stable income. We also strive to raise awareness of consumers of sustainable products and offering more options of sustainable textile to local and global business, who pursue sustainable approaches.

A project of KIBV (Keep It Beautiful Vietnam) aims to empower the women & girls in minority weaving villages in Vietnam. This is also a platform to promote sustainable textile fabrics and products with high quality, environmental and social values.

Mô tả công việc chi tiết:

- Thực hiện các hoạt động đối ngoại (tìm database, information, contact) và duy trì mối quan hệ của Dự án với Nhà tài trợ, Khách mời, Diễn giả.

- Phân tích và thiết lập các công cụ quản trị và giảm thiểu rủi ro tài chính.

- Chăm sóc Nhà tài trợ, Diễn giả, Khách mời trước và sau sự kiện.

- Làm hồ sơ bảo trợ, tài trợ và các văn bản hành chính liên quan.

Yêu cầu:

- Có thái độ tốt, trách nhiệm, linh hoạt và chủ động trong công việc.

- Có kĩ năng thuyết phục, ăn nói lưu loát, biết sử dụng các công cụ hỗ trợ là một điểm cộng.

- Cam kết hoạt động liên tục với dự án ít nhất trong vòng 6 tháng.

- Làm việc ít nhất 3 tiếng/ tuần cho dự án.

- Không để lộ thông tin của dự án ra bên ngoài.

Quyền lợi:

- Được làm việc trong môi trường năng động, chuyên nghiệp.

- Được gặp, tiếp xúc, đàm phán với những nhà tài trợ, khách mời, diễn giả nổi tiếng.

- Được cống hiến cho cộng đồng, tạo ra những ảnh hưởng tích cực và giá trị nhân văn ý nghĩa cho con người và cả môi trường.

- Được nhận giấy chứng nhận bằng tiếng anh công nhận quốc tế từ tổ chức KIBV.

- Các cơ hội thăng tiến trở thành Trưởng Ban, Ban điều hành của tổ chức...

- Cơ hội trải nghiệm thực tế qua các sự kiện của dự án.

- Có cơ hội tiếp xúc và làm việc với các cá nhân và khách mời giàu đam mê và kinh nghiệm với các vấn đề xã hội

- Trải nghiệm thực tế trong môi trường nghiêm túc, sáng tạo, giúp bạn học hỏi thêm được nhiều kỹ năng mới: Viết, Nghiên cứu, Teamwork, Words, Excel,...
