Write4fun encourages young student writers and artists with fantastic competitions, by publishing top quality books, and by conducting interactive, fun workshops across Australia.
In the organisation's Poetry and Short Story Writing Competition, students can win significant prizes in each category. One talented writer in each division (poetry & short story) will receive $1,000 as First Prize (with $500 going to the winning school and $500 to the student) PLUS the choice of either a $500 Rebel Sport Gift Voucher OR an Apple iPad 32GB OR an Xbox One X OR a PlayStation 4. Write4fun also awards one Second Prize in each division of $250 and one Third Prize of $150. In addition, 15 Finalists will receive a Write4fun Gift Pack.
Poems and short stories entered into the competition will be considered for inclusion into the 2020 Write4fun anthology. Those selected will have the opportunity to purchase the edition at a discounted rate. 1st, 2nd and 3rd prizewinners will receive a complimentary copy of the book.
