MICROSOFT: AI R&D Center Internship - Data Intern [Taiwan]

Vision Document Intelligence team is a multi-discipline org distributed across three different global locations. Our mission is to build the best in breed Optical Character Recognition (OCR) engines, and productize them as Azure services, and as premium functionality in Dynamics, Office and PowerApps suites.   

Responsibilities

In this role, you will 

• Interface between engineering and data-vendors across geographic regions to ensure we provide clear and actionable guidance on data collection and labeling, and also validate data quality after delivery  
• Assist on data labelling tool end-to-end release tests  
• Participant in data tool development for analysis, demo and visualization 

Qualifications

Qualifications  

• Pursuing B.S. degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering or related fields, or recently graduated within one year (military service time excluded).  
• Team player, effectiveness both in independent and collaborative work, drive for results.  
• Detail-oriented, conscientious, and thorough 

Preferred Qualifications  

• Experience in data analysis and visualization 
• Experience in developing Modern Websites using React.  
• Availability to work in Taipei office at least 4 full days per week.
