Engineering Innovation is an exciting college-level summer program for motivated high school students with an aptitude in math and science and an interest in (or curiosity about) engineering. Students learn to think and problem-solve like engineers and have the opportunity to earn Johns Hopkins University (JHU) credit.
Grades 9-12 (preference given to older applicants)
Minimum Technical Skill Needed
Essay, recommendation, transcript
Have As and Bs in their high school math and science classes
Successfully completed Algebra II
Successfully completed a lab science course (Physics, Chemistry and/or Biology). Many students feel that knowledge of physics is particularly helpful for the course.
Successfully completed a course where the trigonometric functions are taught
