Habitat for Humanity is a global nonprofit housing organization working in local communities across all 50 states in the U.S. and in approximately 70 countries. Habitat’s vision is a world where everyone has a decent place to live. Its main impact is building decent and affordable homes around the world in partnership with families in need of a decent place to live. Habitat homebuyers help build their own homes alongside volunteers and pay an affordable mortgage. Since 1976, Habitat for Humanity has helped more than 13.2 million people create better lives in better housing.

Habitat for Humanity has many ways you can get involved. Volunteer opportunities include: volunteering at your local Habitat for Humanity, travel & build opportunities, long-term volunteering programs, and group volunteering opportunity.
