Through our 12-week internship program, interns gain real-world business development skills by working on a variety of projects with small teams. In addition to tangible, hands-on learning experiences, our program provides mentorship & professional networking opportunities.

We are looking for a Business Development Intern to join our team to build capacity in our Sales & Marketing organization. In this internship, you will have the opportunity to work on improving business development & sales processes, work to analyze customer and market segment data, and work with a variety of software applications to support our sales team, as well as prospective and existing customers. You’ll find autonomy, mentorship, and development opportunities in an open and collaborative environment.

Intern responsibilities will likely include, but are not limited to:

  • Provide research on potential and existing clients and the competitive landscape 
  • Managing and following up on digital marketing campaigns 
  • Assist in identifying potential business opportunities 
  • Monitor news and developments relating to, or impacting, key clients/prospects 
  • Prepare periodic reports on screening, tracking, and monitoring clients and prospects 
  • Work with our CRM platform to keep track of leads and progress
  • Draft new business emails, pitch decks, and other materials
  • Help coordinate and prepare meeting materials

All interns will get to participate in weekly team meetings, brainstorming sessions, and team-building lunches as well as intern-only panels with different departments.

Minimum Technical Skill Needed


  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (e.g. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) 
  • Positive, professional and outgoing personality with the ability to work both in a team environment and directly with clients
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, comfortable speaking on the phone and presenting to small and medium-sized groups.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to juggle competing goals and deadlines in fast-paced environments

Time Commitment

Interns will be expected to work Monday – Friday from 10am to 6pm, with a one-hour break for lunch.
