This is an invaluable opportunity for all Crimson students to take part in while in school. Participants will gain important skills in the field of digital advertising: understanding the fundamentals of buying, selling, measuring, and optimizing media, learning the digital media terms you need to navigate the digital ecosystem, and developing foundational knowledge of the digital media industry. As it is also a peer-to-peer opportunity, the selected participants will be in a position to receive online (or in person) mentorship by an individual with a specialist understanding of this field. Students will be able to ask, learn and attain insights into how to cultivate, maintain and increase a company's digital profile by satisfying consumer demand and advertising to a target client base. The mentor will be able to equip the student with relevant skills and future career advice - a valuable addition to any application.
Hours and duration are subject to discussions between the mentor and applicant. However, this will entail approximately 10 hours of work over 3 months (minimum of 2 sessions per month), completing a value-add project at the mentor’s request. Once you have completed your 10 hours with us, you will receive a certificate and reference from Crimson Education.
