This peer-to-peer opportunity is available to all Crimson students who are passionate and are eager to learn about business development. The lucky selected participants will be able to take part while in school, while gaining valuable skills within this field over the course of 3 months. Students will receive specialist mentor-ship (in person or online) on how to create of long-term value for an organization from customers, markets, and relationships. Using Crimson Education as a model, they will learn the importance of skills such as having an eye for innovation, the ability to analyze the competitive environment, networking, relationship building and negotiation. The mentor will be able to equip the student with skills and future career advice - a valuable addition to any application.
Hours and duration are subject to discussions between the mentor and applicant. However, this will entail approximately 10 hours of work over 3 months (minimum of 2 sessions per month), completing a value-add project at the mentor’s request. Once you have completed your 10 hours with us, you will receive a certificate and reference from Crimson Education.
