FIRST LEGO League Jr.* is designed to introduce STEM concepts to kids ages 6 to 10 while exciting them through a brand they know and love − LEGO®.
FIRST® LEGO® League Jr. challenges teams of up to six kids to explore a real-world scientific concept, then build a motorized model and develop a Show-Me Poster to illustrate their journey of discovery. Throughout the season, adult coaches provide guidance and inspiration. The program focuses on building interest in science, technology, engineering, and math (STEM) through a real-world challenge – to be solved by research, critical thinking, and imagination.

The judges aren't looking for highly sophisticated functional robots from this age group. The value is more about teaching the student to have fun with STEM at a young age. However, because the level of competition isn't as high as in older age-groups, there is a great opportunity for a student to stand out.
Note: registrations max out annually.
Registration Fees including Aqua Adventure Set = AED390
Student needs to use the following product to construct solution: Lego WeDo 1.0 or Lego WeDo 2.0, 'Inspire set' (Team gets inspire set once they register)
