The Goldmedia Prize is awarded to applicants who present innovative theses in the field of media management. The Goldmedia Consulting and Research Group is issuing this prize for the fourth time in 2019. Graduates who have graduated in the year of the tender or in the previous year (BA, Master, Diploma, MA, Staatsexamen, Dissertation, MBA, etc.) can apply online to Goldmedia. Goldmedia is a consulting and research group focusing on media, entertainment, sports business and telecommunications. Since 1998, the group has been supporting national and international clients in all aspects of digital transformation. Goldmedia offers a wide range of services in the areas of consulting, research, personnel and political consulting. Locations are Berlin and Munich.
The prize itself is worth a total of 1,500 euros and can be distributed to up to three winners - it is open for German and English speaking works from different disciplines (eg journalism, communication science, media management, media management, media law, business administration, economics, information science, media computer science, etc.).
From hundreds of submissions, only three winners can be selected.
There are no costs involved with the application for this prize.
Applicants must present work that is of high social relevance, develops innovative options for action in the media markets, has a degree of originality, and follows the correct scientific methodology.
The work submitted for this competition involves several years worth of conducted research.

Copy of the scientific thesis
Short description of the content to max. two sides
Copy of diploma or other proof of grading
