This peer-to-peer project provides an opportunity to be involved in a research project being conducted at the University of Melbourne, Australia’s number one university for research.
The student will have the opportunity to be involved in a PhD project at the Department of General Practice, which aims to develop an intervention to support doctors and nurses responding to child abuse. The student assisting the project will receive hands-on experience and learn qualitative research techniques.
Hours and duration are subject to discussions between the mentor and applicant. However, this will entail approximately 10 hours of work completing a value-add project at the mentor’s request.
