Description

Interns working in Human Resources Management departments will have exposure to various areas of their employer's business. Interns may be asked to work on a variety of projects which may include liaising with other departments. In previous years, Human Resources Management internships have been offered in businesses such as: Arthur Cox, CMRF, RSM, and The HR Company.

Sample roles and responsibilities:

  • Providing day to day support for HR and Project Managers
  • Supporting, overseeing and delivering a range of people processes including: recruitment, performance management, induction, graduate recruitment, employment relations and learning & development
  • Research, preparation and presentation of information as required
  • General departmental administration
  • Assisting performance management review projects 

The entry requirements:

  • GPA of 3.0 – transcript must be provided with application
  • Full English language requirements
  • Full time registered undergraduate student
  • Approval from home university
