NZ Brain Bee Challenge (NZBBC) is a competition for Year 11 students that seeks to engage students with the brain and its functions, promote the latest neuroscience research, and dispel misconceptions about neurological and mental illnesses. NZBBC also focuses on highlighting exciting career opportunities for students in brain research.
NZBBC was established in 2006 and holds two competitions, one in the North Island and the other in the South Island.
