Sponsored by the European Commission, EUCYS has been active since 1989 promoting the co-operation and the exchange of ideas between young scientists in Europe.

The competition is sponsored by some of the biggest names in science and tech, and gives young scientists a platform to compete on a serious level with the best of their contemporaries in Europe.
