The Science Technology Exhibition in Camaragibe / PE - EXPOTEC is a science exhibition of the City of Camaragibe in the state of Pernambuco and the Metropolitan Region of Recife, whose main goal is to promote the inclusion of scientific education in the basic education of the city.
To participate in EXPOTEC, students will join Research Groups composed of four students from elementary school (Final Years - 6th to 9th year) or high school (regular, and EJAI), in addition to a teacher from a public or private school in Camaragibe / PE and the Metropolitan Region of Recife. The Exhibition happens in September of each year.
70 projects will be chosen as finalists, and students will present for 15 minutes to a panel of judges on the Exposition days. Three projects from each category will be awarded as winners.

There is no registration fee. Students will be responsible for the costs of building their own stands.

Students do not need any prior knowledge to participate, but should have completed a scientific research project within one of the accepted categories.

Prior prep time for the project; 2 days of event in September of each year.

2. Students send a summary of their proposed project.
3. Judges Panel will announce finalists around early August.
4. Finalist projects will complete a 15 min presentation to a panel of judges during the exposition.
