The 19th USA National Economics Challenge is an annual competition on Microeconomics, Macroeconomics, International and current events, and will be hosted by the Council for Economic Education in New York City.

The top state teams in the National Semi-Finals will be selected for the National Finals to compete for the grand prize. Competitors are placed into two divisions: Adam Smith Division - for Advanced Placement, International Baccalaureate and Honours students and the David Ricardo Division - for semester general economics students participating in the challenge for the first time.
