As an international online community, Aviate connects industry specialists in aerospace or design technology fields with students through interview podcasts and webinars. Aviate strives to allow less-resourced, intellectually curious students to learn more about the diverse aspects of commercial aviation and engage in potential career paths.

The Problem
Global passenger traffic in 2020 was reduced by over 5.9 billion passengers, a loss of 62.3% of what was estimated for the year (ACI World). Despite the airline industry rapidly recovering in lost revenue, the workforce is in significant shortage due to worker layoff or rapid resignation.

Many students worldwide face difficulty learning about the fields concerning the airline industry because they are either unable to afford learning materials or simply no facility exists. Aviate allows less-resourced, intellectually curious students to share their ideas, expertise, and thoughts in a global community.

Aviate is always looking for diverse voices to bring their stories and experiences into our global community.
