My student Rafaela, a senior student in high school in Brazil and a future business student, is creating a project where she is looking to help hairdressers to become their own bosses and create their own businesses because sometimes they have the initiative but they don't have the knowledge or resources to create their own business, this is where you can help by sharing your knowledge in entrepreneurship :) She had the idea to create a project called “ Project Your Own Boss ”. The project consists of teaching entrepreneurship to hairdressers since so many of them are willing to learn how to become their own bosses and conquest their financial independence. ABOUT US   We are Tanzania Initiatives for Community Resilience ; a Non – Governmental organization that started to operate in Tanzania in 2015 in Mwanga District in the Kilimanjaro region. It started as a community help group and its main activities were to do with women and youth capacity building, VICOBA training, and skills training. In 2016 we received funds from Korean Hope Foundation and we were able to build a community school in the Maasai community in Same and Mwanga District Kilimanjaro Region.
