According to a research, 70% of Russian parents think that physical punishment is a norm of growing up a kid. They assume that they are allowed to discipline their kids with physical punishment. However, that thought is not really correct. Conversely, it will affect to children' mindsets and mental health seriously. Hence, my project “Online Gala Night" is born to raise a voice up against this social issue. Due to COVID 19, my event will be on the online platform (Youtube). Hence, I seek for the participation of whom it may concern regardless of the location.
Number of team-members: 5-7
Core Requirement:
● Russian is your mother tongue/or can speak Russian fairly
● Can work remotely
● Can devote 1 - 2 hours per day for the project
● Interested in community and family studies/social justice/psychology
Specific requirement:
1. Co-host (1 position)
● Have a vision for this project in a larger scale
● Be able to develop the content for the project
● Have experience in online event organizing is a plus
2. Designer (1 position)
● Familiar with Photoshop, After Effect, and other software
● Be able to produce a full video clip from the separate videos
● Have a deep understanding about Youtube Channel
3. Content writer (2 positions)
● Good writing skill
● Writing-lover
● Excellent in English and Russian
● Understanding about Facebook/Instagram is a plus
4. Performer/Actors (5 positions)
● Interested in psychology/social studies/family studies/social justice
● Can perform one of the arts (plays, singing, dancing, talk-show, etc)
